Warranty Coverage Details:

Warranty covers product replacement only (shipping costs are not covered under warranty). Warranty only valid to the original Retail Purchaser with proof or purchase such as email invoice or packing slip. Warranty will never be a parts cost refund as it is a parts replacement warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. The warranty does not apply to products which have been modified or improperly applied on a different vehicle than what is intended. Wear products such as Tie Rod Boots and Bushings of any kind are not covered under warranty as these are regular maintenance type items.

All parts to be considered for warranty replacement must first be physically inspected by a representative at DmaxStore. If the part(s) in question are deemed to have failed in a way other than installation/user error, the customer will be provided with a replacement part(s). If the part is not available, the customer will be provided part(s) of equal value. No replacement parts will ever be provided to a customer before a physical inspection of the failed part(s) by DmaxStore. No refunds are given under warranty if replacement part(s) is bought through us or elsewhere, part(s) need to be sent in for inspection before further action.

Warranty Process:

If you believe you have a part that failed and may be covered under warranty, you must first make a warranty claim below. Once you have submitted your claim information you will be contacted within 2 business days with further instructions. To help process your warranty claim as quickly as possible please complete the following form and include (3) pictures of the failed component and truck or pictures/documentation of engine codes etc. This is a parts replacement warranty so we will need to get the bad parts in hand and then we can send you the new part. Shipping costs are not covered under warranty.
