How do I know if a part is in stock?

Inventory is constantly changing, please give our sales team a call or shoot us an email for the most up to date inventory information.

Do I need to have an account to order a part?

No, an account isn’t required. All users have the option to check out as a member or guest; however, we suggest creating an account so you can keep track of your order and help us better serve you should an issue arise.

Do you offer a warranty?

Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer and all manufactured warranties apply. See our warranty page for more details.

How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

What if I want to talk to a real person about my order?

Our customer service department can be reached at 877-469-3629 from 8 am – 5 pm PST Monday through Friday. You can also send us a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

Members receive exclusive discounts and coupons throughout the year. You can sign up for free here. You can also check out the Clearance section in our store for great deals.

Do you ship outside the US?

We do ship internationally on most orders via UPS. However, we suggest calling in for large international orders as options may vary.

What happens if you send me the wrong part?

If you receive the wrong part, contact us immediately to make arrangements for a return/exchange at 877-469-3629.

What happens if I order the wrong part?

What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

In most cases, parts can be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. However, there are exceptions, such as custom ordered parts. Refer to our return policy for more details.

What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

If your item is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately so we can contact the shipping company. It is their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered undamaged. Refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

Yes, we do offer express/expedited shipping via UPS. You can choose from a number of options at checkout.

Can I track my package?

Usually you will receive a tracking number for your package from UPS at checkout. Some packages are dropshipped, and we will not have a tracking number for these items (unless requested). However, if your items are dropshipped, we will provide an estimated delivery date range.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments by Affirm, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, call our customer service right away at 877-469-3629 with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, our normal return policies apply.
