Nitro gears are manufactured from 8620 steel gear forgings in the same manufacturing facilities as GM, Dodge, Ford & Toyota. They are precision machined using computer controlled processes, heat treated, CNC triple-lapped and Rockwell tested for hardness. These extra steps ensure excellent fitment, ideal contact pattern and smooth, quiet operation. Available in 4.11, 4.30, 4.56, 4.88, 5.13, and 5.38 ratios.

The master install kits assembled by Nitro Gear & Axle only use the highest quality bearings available from Timken & Koyo. Nitro Gear & Axle does not use any cheap Chinese bearings.
