COVID-19 Update

As new information and recommendations come in daily from our local health officials, we at DmaxStore are adapting as necessary. As of today, 3/19/2020, our online store is still processing and shipping orders. Our biggest change is our retail store front and service department. As of today, if you have your vehicle in for service we will continue working on it, we will still be taking in our customers with appointments and we also will have parts purchasing and in store pick up available from online orders. With that said there will be changes from our normal operations.

If you have a truck in for service, continue to communicate over the phone with our service advisors. If you have an appointment, please call ahead of time to schedule an actual drop off time. If you are local and plan on buying parts from our retail store, please place the order through our webstore and select “in-store pick-up” for shipping options then contact our sales department to schedule the pick-up. Unfortunately, we will have our doors closed and locked to limit physical contact with our customers. As much as we do not want to do this, we feel right now it is in the best interest for our employees and our customers. Hopefully all that read this will understand and we appreciate that. Our customers are very important to us and we want to continue to service them in the best way we can.

We also need to do our part to slow the spread of COVID19 and keep everyone healthy.
