Did not work

Did not work, still not charging phone

Hi Brad, thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting it to charge.

Wireless charging can be affected by a few different factors, so we recommend checking a couple things first. Please verify that your phone supports wireless charging and that your phone case is compatible with wireless charging as well. Some thicker or metal-backed cases can prevent proper charging.

It can also help to try placing another wireless-charging compatible phone on the charger to see if it begins charging. That will help determine whether the issue is related to the phone or the charger itself. Lastly, make sure the charger is receiving power and that the cable and power source are working properly.

If you’d like, feel free to reach out to our support team and we’d be happy to help troubleshoot this with you further.
