This WFO Concepts 6" straight axle swap kit is designed to clear 37" tires running 8" travel coilovers. Designed to fit the popular and easily sourced Ford Super Duty Dana 60 radius arm front axle.

- Utilizes factory Ford Super Duty track bar, brakes, tie rods & lower draglink
- Retains factory ABS/4WD system(modifications required)

- Frame plates
- 3 piece black powdercoated crossmember
- Pair of shock towers
- Universal coilover reservoir mounts
- Coilover shock mounts for the axle side
- Stainless steel DOT front brake lines
- Bent draglink
- Track bar brackets for the frame and axle end
- Double bent track bar
- Ford Superduty radius arm links (upper and lower)
- Metric bolts for the Ford Superduty links on the axle side
- Machined pitman arm with tapered hole
Notes:
- This is the front end kit only
- Requires complete Ford Superduty Dana 60 radius arm donor axle
- Coilovers NOT included
- Designed for automatic transmissions, crossmember modifications required for manual transmissions
- 60 tooth tone rings for rear axles if running front Ford unit bearings or 48 tooth front free spin kit & adapter pigtails required to utilize factory ABS & 4WD operation
- If utilizing Ford unit bearings or free spin kit, 8x170mm wheel adapters required
- Welding/fabrication required (install time typically 40+ hours)
- Factory front driveshaft will need to be lengthened and/or replaced w/CV slip style
- Steering box brace HIGHLY recommended
