This WFO Concepts 3" straight axle swap kit is designed to clear 35" tires running 8" travel coilovers and offers 4" of up-travel and 4" of down-travel from ride height. Designed to fit the popular and easily sourced Ford Super Duty Dana 60 radius arm front axle.

- Utilizes factory Ford Super Duty track bar, brakes, tie rods & lower draglink
- Compatible with factory GM front driveshaft using supplied u-joint

- Frame plates
- Crossmember, black powder coated

- Universal coilover reservoir mounts
- Coilover shock mounts for the axle side
- Bent Draglink
- Flat Pitman Arm tapered hole
- Ford Superduty Radius Arm Links (upper and lower), raw metal
- Metric bolts for the Ford Superduty links on the axle side
- Trackbar bracket for the frame side. (You will use the stock bracket on the axle side)
- Upper bump stops
- Conversion U-Joint for the front driveshaft, 1350 to 3R
- Stainless brake line kit for the front brakes
- ABS Pigtails to convert from Ford axle to Chevy wiring harness
Notes:
- This is the front end kit only
- Requires complete 2005+ Ford Superduty Dana 60 radius arm donor axle
- Coilovers NOT included
- Designed for automatic transmissions, crossmember modifications required for manual transmissions
- Will NOT work with aftermarket twin/compound turbocharger
- Welding/fabrication required (install time typically 40 hours)
- Factory front driveshaft may need to be lengthened
- Steering box brace HIGHLY recommended
