The Suncoast Pro Loc Valve Body & Pump addresses several key issues seen in 10L1000 transmissions, such as increasing demand in driving environments. The kit aims to decrease lock-up time and improve lubrication to reduce wear and increase reliability in high horsepower applications. It also modifies the regulator valve to allow quicker and smoother clutch engagement with lower pressure. The overall line pressure is increased by up to 60psi for more clamping force and pumping volume, with a built-in bypass to avoid excessive pressure.
