SHIPPING INSURANCE
DmaxStore Shipping Protection is a hassle-free solution that puts you on the fast track to resolving a lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping protection in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping protection applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order. Submitting a claim is simple, send an email to orders@dmaxstore.com with your order # and details/pictures regarding your claim and we will get to work on a resolution!
If Shipping Insurance is not selected/added at checkout, DmaxStore is not liable for any damaged packages, missing packages, or missing items.
COVERAGE DETAILS
This coverage protects the package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in transit from DmaxStore or its suppliers to the shipping address on file. Shipping protection must be selected at the time of ordering and cannot be selected after. Shipping protection may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to a tracking number being generated. Once the tracking information for a product has been generated and the product has shipped, the shipping protection amount can NOT be refunded. This is a product replacement protection and therefore DmaxStore will NOT refund your money.
COVERAGE LIMITS
The limits of this coverage will be equal to or less than the original purchase price of the product(s). The combined limit will never exceed the original order subtotal. DmaxStore will replace each product a maximum of one time.
FILING TIMEFRAMES
- Time to File: Maximum 30 Days from Date of Shipment
- Non-Delivery Shipments: Wait 15 Days for Domestic Shipments, 30 Days for Canadian Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: Must Be Filed within 3 days of receipt
COVERAGE CONDITIONS:
If your product is not replaceable and/or the product is no longer available from the manufacturer, DmaxStore will issue you a store credit for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is nontransferable and will expire 30 days after the shipment date. All replacement shipping cost covered by DmaxStore will be UPS ground.
Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been submitted, processing takes an average of 8-10 days. After a claim is approved, DmaxStore will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to limited product availability this may take 7-14 days.
Customers filing more than one claim may experience a delay in product replacement due to increased investigation time. Any fraudulent claim will make you liable for prosecution.
