The stock LLY turbo inlet is very restrictive, causing the turbo to over work and EGT's to go up. This causes dreaded thermal runaway. The S&B Turbo Inlet Manifold improves airflow to your engine by 78.6% (ISO 5011 Verified), improves turbo spool, and lowers EGT's. Along with better performance comes better looks. On the visual side it has been powder coated black and edges CNC machined for a supreme fit and finish, even including a threaded CCV Port. A plug is also included if you have re-routed yours.

For anyone who owns an LLY I mostly highly recommend you make this your purchase immediately. I have an LLY totally stock as of 3 weeks ago. I bought the S&B intake and it was very nice, simple to install and gave me a small something more then what I had in the lower category and fuel mileage but nonetheless I was happy and impressed most by gas. Shortly after I got the S&B turbo mouthpiece, that took about 30 minutes to install and well this was a legit addition to the intake and to say the least it was absolutely impressive in power, in no way am I exaggerating in any way my truck drives so differently it feels like a new truck nothing like my 05 Duramax of a week ago. But if you have a budget for power this kithpiece needs to be the first on that list. Five stars and a thumbs up for DMax store for their help and S&B for their most awesome products and prices!!!!!!

Much quicker cleaner spool. More power up high. Product arrived at my house in 2 days. Great perk of living in the same state as the dmax store
