PPE now offers a new intake and intercooler silicone hose kit for the 3.0L LM2 Silverado and Sierra 1500 trucks. PPE’s Silicone Hoses are resistant to fuel, oil, and chemicals while also being UV and Ozone resistant. PPE 6mm Performance Silicone Hoses are reinforced with 5 plies of Nomex fibers which allows them to handle 200+ psi burst pressure rating. The Fluorocarbon lining offers better lubricity (slippery and resistant to chemicals). This kit also features stainless steel worm-drive clamps for a secure fit.

PPE Performance Silicone Intake and Intercooler Hose Kit – GM 1500 3.0L

Installed on a 2023 Chevy Suburban High Country 3.0 Diesel LM2. The install was slightly more difficult than I anticipated. The PPE pipes are tough and thick. The lower was a piece of cake. I had already install the PPE resonator delete then adding the PPE pipe was a chore, when you do this get all of the other pipes out of your way, it will safe you time. The air box pipe was and easy install, but it is a little short for my truck. It works great, but does not bottom out on the flanges.I have had it on for 5,000 mile of so, performance is a little better 0-30 better, mileage is maybe 1/2 MPG better hard to tell because mileage is do dependent on my right foot.
