Max-Flow's Oil Cooler Upgrade kit for your LB7, LLY, LBZ, LML & L5P Duramax Diesel includes an oversized oil cooler that has improved fluid dynamics to take full advantage of the cooling plates within the oil cooler. If you are concerned with oil temps or they are getting hotter then you will benefit from this bolt on replacement oil cooler for your Duramax Diesel. When testing this oil cooler kit, we have seen a 10-15 degree decrease in oil temperatures during daily driving and unloaded. We also tested this with a trailer attached and going up a fairly steep grade we saw a 25 degree drop in peak oil temperatures after installing this Max-Flow Oil Cooler Upgrade kit.

4 out of 5 just for the purpose that when I went install it the crossover cracked and I had to order another from gm they are 14 bucks but still it was annoying.

Overall though after install I noticed a heavy improvement on cooling and the oil temps seem to be lower overall, that extra quart is nice too that gets added
