MAHLE Cylinder Head Bolts are a direct OE replacement for the head bolts in your 2001-2015 6.6L Duramax Diesel. These are made to meet or exceed the OE expectations. Each Head requires 18 Head Bolts, a total of 36 will be required for both sides.
