The centerpiece of this intake is the massive 4 1/2" mandrel-bent tubing that ensures optimal airflow with minimal turbulence. This smooth and wide pathway allows cooler air to flow freely into the turbo, promoting better spool-up and lower temperatures. Complementing this is the HSP-designed heatshield box, which is hand-fitted for precision and built to isolate the filter from hot engine bay air. Unlike some intakes, the heatshield box does not draw from the headlight bezel or fender port, ensuring maximum cold air delivery. Topped off with a high-efficiency filter, the system keeps air clean to reduce turbo wear and extend service life.
