When the intake manifold control actuator's actual values do not match its desired values, the actuator has likely failed. Because the actuator is integrated, the entire intake manifold needs to be replaced. This kit includes the newly updated manifold plus all the hardware, seals, and gaskets needed for the job.

Notes:

• Some coolant loss will occur when replacing the intake manifold, make sure you have at least a gallon to bleed and top off the cooling system.

• If your truck has higher mileage and the glow plugs have not been replaced, we highly recommend replacing them as they will be easier to access.
