These tie rods are overkill for some, but when it comes to steering components, failure is not an option.

Featuring 1.5" wide forged tie rod, massive 2 1/3" ball joints and a much larger and stronger, adjustable inner ball joint. Outer tie rod end contains a spring-loaded gusher bearing that maintains constant pressure.

Features:

  • Fully adjustable and rebuildable

  • M18 -1.5 thread

  • Limited lifetime warranty

When compared to factory components:

  • 30% larger toe adjusting shaft

  • 53% larger tie rod body

  • 35% larger outer ball joint

  • 28% larger, adjustable inner ball joint

DmaxStore Note:

  • PPE Stage3 Tie Rods are engineered to fit GM stock steering components. Some aftermarket steering manufacturers have changed the placement of the tie rod mounting perch on the front spindle, which then requires a shorter tie rod. The Stage3 Tie Rod outers are fully-threaded internally and may be trimmed to accommodate the relocated aftermarket perch location. An experienced installer should measure to determine the appropriate trim length.

Very heavy duty and extremely well built tie rod ends. These are strong and have held up great so far. Highly recommend these tie rod ends. Another great product from PPE.

Great tie rods

I've put these on all 3 of my duramaxs they're tough and easy to install. They have held up on the farm really well through mud, ruts, snow, ditches I've never broke one or damaged one and I'm not easy on them.

I bought these a month ago and put them on my truck, they are massive and look to be well made. I have a 6 inch lift and 35" tires so I needed something that was substantial so these fit the bill. I will circle back in 6 months or a year and let you know how they are doing, as of now I would recommend these to anyone.
