Protect the shock shafts from rocks and debris kicked up by the tires. This is common especially on rear shocks. Rocks and debris will cause the shock shafts to pit and eventually damage the seals, causing the shocks to leak and blow out. Ordinary shock boots retain moisture. These roost shields protect the shock shafts without retaining moisture. Sold in a pair, highly recommended for rear shocks.
