Our DmaxStore kit includes the necessary parts needed to rebuild the factory fuel filter head assembly instead of replacing the entire unit.

With age, mileage, and ultra low sulfur diesel, the o-rings and fuel lines located on the fuel filter head will begin to deteriorate. Over time the truck will not hold prime and become difficult to start. We have put together this rebuild kit to save Duramax owners a substantial amount of money over the $400 OEM replacement part. 

Includes:

• (4) Specialty Viton O-Rings
• (2) Plunger seals
• 2ft. of High Pressure Fuel line
• (4) Hose clamps (No need to reuse the difficult GM pinch clamps)
• (1) Black Anodized Aluminum Filter Head Bleeder Screw

DmaxStore Notes:

• For use on a 2011 or newer style filter head one of the small o-rings is used for the bleeder screw and the other small o-ring you can disregard.
• We recommend changing your fuel filter during the filter head rebuild process.
