The 30% over-injectors come brand new and then are honed and balanced to the desirable flow rate. These 30% over injectors work great in stock trucks as well as trucks with upgraded turbos and/or tuning. 

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 5%.

HP Rating Based On Nozzle Size

30% Nozzles: 50-60 hp
45% Nozzles: 80-100 hp
60% Nozzles: 120 hp
100% Nozzles: 200 hp
