The 30% over-injectors are available new or remanufactured and then honed and balanced to the desirable flow rate. These 30% over injectors work great in a completely stock truck as well as one that has been modified with tuning and or turbo upgrades.  

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 5%.

30% Nozzles: 50-60 hp
45% Nozzles: 80-100 hp
60% Nozzles: 120 hp
100% Nozzles: 200 hp
