All Exergy injectors are calibrated on genuine equipment in actual conditions. These are not just a run of the mill aftermarket nozzles thrown on an abrasive hone machine and put in the box. Exergy Performance will go the extra step to provide the utmost quality which will equate to a better, smoother, and more efficient running engine.

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 4%.

HP Rating Based On Nozzle Size

• 30% Nozzles: 50-60 hp
• 45% Nozzles: 80-100 hp
• 60% Nozzles: 120 hp
• 100% Nozzles: 200 hp
