The DMAX Xtreme Duty CV Axles are made with a premium thermoplastic elastomer boot that offers better life than many of the other boots on standard CV axles. The advantages of these thermoplastic elastomer boots include: ideal flex fatigue characteristics, exceptional tear resistance, protection against water and a wide temperature capability. These CV axles also use a special grease that maintain high lubricant performance in extremely low ambient temperatures. With a Stepless Ear Clamp that provides a more reliable 360 degree seal for improved clamping force to keep your CV axles together in even the coldest climates. In addition to the improved boot technology we also upgraded the joint itself to a Rzeppa CV joint to allow for smooth articulation even when your cv angles are not flat. All of our axles come standard with new OE style axle nuts.

Notes:

  • Make sure to have medium strength thread lock available for reinstallation of CV flange bolts
  • CV Hardware Factory length - If your truck has a CV Axle spacer, This hardware will not work for your application.
  • 36mm socket needed for CV axle nut removal.

Warranty:

  • Dmaxstore XD Steering and suspension parts come with a Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. If a failure occurs, Dmaxstore will replace the failed part only once it has been received at our facility. Shipping costs are not included under the warranty. Some standard wear is not covered.

06 silverado 3500 dmax

I have 5k miles since they were put on, they have been great and quiet. Used 4wd a few times while towing and am very happy compared to stock, or others.

Everything is there

Came packaged well, almost too well. Instructions for install and torque specs were with it. I’m in Oregon so it’s wet and I wish there had been a coat of paint to keep it rust free on exposed metal. Easy enough to deal with but it’s just one more thing(not an issue).
