A common wear part that not many people think to look at is this torsion bar mount bushing. Over time the pressure created by the torsion bar can wear on this bushing and you will lose your ride height. A bad bushing may cause a clunking noise about halfway down the cab of the truck. This bushing can be pressed and sealed into your existing mount.

Great product

I had a rattle/clunk coming from under my seat and it turned out being slack in these bushings. I got these new ones put in by a mechanic and my front end feels as tight as a new one at 220,000 miles (oilfield gravel being half that). My tortion bars were stuck in the lower A arms so the tortion bar cross member had to be pulled off the back of the tortion bars. It was a tight squeeze but they were able to get it done.
