During the re-manufacturing process, the cases are completely disassembled and all friction and wear surfaces are replaced as well as all seals. Every internal part undergoes a detailed cleaning and inspection process. Any parts not found within OEM tolerances are discarded and replaced with new replacement parts. The rear half is replaced with our XD series aluminum upgrade to prevent pump rub through.

Came in decent time, install went good with supplied gasket, shifts into 4wd hi/low gear no problem. Works as it should and no leaks. Don’t forget you are paying for return shipping. Decent price on t-case I would buy again. Thanks DMAX
