Made from aluminum not magnesium, the Dmax XD rear housing is much more rigid and stronger than the OEM unit. There is no need for a pump rub kit with this improved housing.

Warranty:
  • Lifetime warranty against pump rub, 12 month warranty against anything else

Notes:

  • Does not include drain/fill plugs or rear output seal 
  • You must swap over snap ring for rear bearing and drain/fill plugs
  • Transfer case rear output shaft bearing will have a very tight fitment to keep from vibrating, we recommend lightly tapping the end of the new housing to get the bearing seated while attached to the shaft
  • Specialty lock ring pliers required to disassemble rear transfer case housing

Very fast shipping! Kind of wish the snap ring pliers were an option. Easy install around 6hrs for someone who has never done a transfer case
