Factory oil coolers are known for leaking internally which can cause cross contamination with the oil and coolant. This oil cooler has a bigger cooling stack to help reduce oil temperatures without requiring the need for special parts or special oil filters.

DmaxStore Note:

• Reuses your original oil cooler to rear cover coolant elbow
• 2001-2016 models with stock manifolds will need to modify the driver side manifold and heat shield by clearancing the rear lower heat shield mount and the connection on the manifold.
• This unit will work on 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax unlike other competitors products.
