The Cognito Front Lift kit is designed and engineered to offer superior ride quality and corrected CV joint angles The Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arms add style, function, and performance to your vehicle by correcting the Ball Joint angle for lifted and leveled applications and improving the allowable droop travel for a better ride quality. The control arm kit features boxed sheet metal arms that are CNC robot welded and powder coated semi-gloss black. Ball joints are included as well as new crush sleeves and polyurethane bushings. The Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit: Pitman and Idler arms have been an inherent wear problem within the steering systems of Chevy and GMC trucks and SUVs for decades. The Cognito PISK (Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit) replace the problem components that plague factory and aftermarket steering systems on several models and years of GM trucks and SUVs. These improvements are accomplished through application of Cognito's innovative, patented design, by providing additional support to the vehicle's pitman and idler arms, which eliminate the forward and rearward movement of the center-link. The Fox 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir shocks contain the latest in shock technology to transform the performance of your truck. The Fox 2.0 Performance Series front shocks are rust resistant and have a metal impact extruded aluminum body to increase cooling capacity. Eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving. They are easy to install and provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in even the toughest conditions. The Cognito HD front sway bar is designed to reduce body roll, so you have better vehicle control and greatly improves traction for safer driving. These HD Sway Bars are developed for this specific application. Measuring 1.5-Inch in diameter and made from heat treated and hot formed 4140 chromoly steel for extra strength and durability. Larger sway bar clamps and polyurethane bushings are included. The Deaver spring is a complete replacement of the OEM spring, and is arched for 4-Inch over stock rear lift height while maintaining an excellent ride quality via being made from high quality spring steel, a higher leaf count with thinner leaf material for a more compliant ride. The Cognito 5-inch Block and U-Bolt Kit includes 5-inch tall powder coated semi-gloss black steel blocks and heavy-duty zinc plated U-bolts.

Requirements:

• Maximum wheel backspacing is 5”
• Do not use a tire that is more than 4 1/2” wider than the rim width on a 4 3/4” or more backspaced wheel
• Set at 10to 11”, suggested tire size is 37” tall and up to 13.5” wide on a 10” wide rim with 4.5 to 5.0” back spacing
• Set at 12”, suggested tire size is up to 38” tall and up to 13.5” wide on a 10” wide rim with 4.5” to 5” back spacing
  
• Call Cognito Motorsports with wheel and tire suggestions if necessary
  
• Trimming of inner fender well and bottom rear of steel fender may be required
  
• Follow alignment specs at the end of this instruction set

Notes:

• Standard freight is only to the lower 48  states.  International, HI, and AK, orders will require an additional shipping charge before order is shipped.

• Minor cut to the frame to clear the Front Differential as it drops down. This is required on all kits that have the front differential in the proper position
  

• 2017+HD's will need modifications for Cognito CV Driveline to work properly
