Fixed P0087 code

I was fighting with a P0087 Code that would cause my idle to jump alot at idle and want have no throttle response after letting off the throttle and then getting back on it. This regulator came quickly and solved my issue. Would highly recommend replacing this if your dealing with a fuel issue or just replace to do preventative maintenance.
