Featuring a No Torsion Bar Drop System for maximum ground clearance, this kit mounts torsion bars directly to the top of the lower a-arm, eliminating the need for a torsion bar cross-member drop. With clearance for up to 35" tires, it includes all necessary components for a complete setup.

Benefitting from BDS's high-clearance design, this kit improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while addressing suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road handling. Utilizing torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates up front, it ensures comprehensive off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height.

In the rear, BDS offers both replacement lift block and full Glide-Ride leaf spring options to lift and level the stance. The lift block maintains ride quality and load capacity, complemented by new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Maximizing ground clearance, BDS's heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers pair with a front skid plate system for added protection.

High-strength, CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles ensure proper steering function with factory tie rod ends at the new ride height.
