Elevate your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD with the BDS Suspension 6.5-inch lift kit. Designed for maximum ground clearance, BDS employs a No Torsion Bar Drop System, mounting torsion bars directly to the top of the lower a-arm, eliminating the need for a torsion bar cross-member drop. This comprehensive kit enhances stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 38" tires.

Utilizing BDS's renowned high-clearance design, the kit improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for exceptional on-road handling. Featuring torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates up front, the kit ensures comprehensive off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height.

In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks and u-bolts to achieve a lifted and leveled stance while maintaining ride quality and load capacity. Additionally, BDS provides brake line and ABS line relocation brackets for compatibility with factory brake lines. The kit includes a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

FOX Performance Elite shocks deliver exceptional on-road and off-road comfort with their 2.5-inch diameter design and remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity. The DSC adjuster provides precise tuning with 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels.

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new ride height using high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function with factory tie rod ends.

• 37 x 12.50 on 18” x 9” w/ 4-1/2 to 4-5/8” Backspacing

• 37 x 12.50 on 20” x 9” w/ 4-1/2 to Stock Backspacing
• Larger than 20”, use 20” wheel specs*
• Trimming may be required

• For DRW models, use the w/ overload rear lift option
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload torsion bars
• Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit.
• Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with up to a 35x12.50 tire.
• In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft.
• Do not install this suspension system in conjunction with any type of torsion bar lift keys to achieve more than the tested 6.5" lift height.
• Compatible with gas or diesel models.
• Compatible with standard models as well as AT4 models.
• Some minor trim will be required with certain wheel/tire combinations. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks. Trimming will normally include the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of the front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires will reduce/eliminate the trimming required.
