This comprehensive kit includes everything needed to equip your truck for clearance for up to 37" tires.

Taking advantage of BDS's high-clearance design, the kit improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road handling. Utilizing torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates at the front, this kit ensures comprehensive off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new taller ride height, maintaining proper function.

Included in the kit are sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware for a comprehensive front suspension lift solution.

For the rear, BDS provides replacement lift blocks to achieve a lifted and leveled stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. A u-bolt flip kit ensures maximum clearance, paired with precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Maximize ground clearance with BDS's heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers, paired with a front skid plate system that bolsters protection and rigidity.

Correct steering geometry at the new taller ride height with BDS's high-strength, CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function with factory tie rod ends.

Notes:

• Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
• Requires frame bracket and differential modification
• 3" rear block kit recommended for dually applications, 5" rear block kit will not fit dually applications.
• Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" can be used with up to a 35.12.50 tire.
• Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require Carrier Bearing Spacer Part #121612.
• If minor front driveline vibration occurs at highway speeds while in 4wd and the vehicle will be used in this situation on a regular basis, we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft.
