Elevate your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD with this BDS Suspension 6.5-inch lift kit. Featuring a No Torsion Bar Drop System, BDS mounts the torsion bars directly to the top of the lower a-arm, ensuring maximum ground clearance without the need to drop the torsion bar cross-member.

Designed to enhance stance, performance, and capability, this kit provides everything needed to equip your truck for optimal performance, with clearance for up to 38" tires.

Benefitting from BDS's high-clearance design philosophy, the kit improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road handling. Utilizing torsion bar relocation brackets and high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers at the front, along with multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy-duty skid plates, this kit ensures comprehensive off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new taller ride height, maintaining proper function.

Included in the kit are sway bar drops, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary hardware for a comprehensive front suspension lift solution.

For the rear, BDS provides replacement lift blocks and u-bolts to achieve a lifted and leveled stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. Brake line and ABS line relocation brackets are also included, allowing the use of factory brake lines. Completing the package are a matching set of NX2 Nitro Performance Series shocks.

Maximize ground clearance with BDS's heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers, paired with a front skid plate system that bolsters protection and rigidity.

Correct steering geometry at the new taller ride height with BDS's high-strength, CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function with factory tie rod ends.

  • 37x12.50 Tires on 17x9 Wheels (4.5-4.625" BS)

  • 38x13.50 Tires on 20x9 or 22x9 Wheels (5.5-6.18" BS)
  • Trimming may be required

Notes:

  • Requires frame bracket modification.
  • Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload torsion bars, The GM specified tool is #CH48809.
  • Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit.
  • Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with up to a 35x12.50 tire.
  • In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft.
  • Do not install this suspension system in conjunction with any type of torsion bar lift keys to achieve more that tested 6.5" lift height.
  • U-bolts will not work vehicles equipped with top-mounted overload springs or add-a-leafs.
  • Compatible with gas or diesel models.
  • Compatible with standard models as well as AT4 models.
  • Some minor trim will be required with certain wheel/tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks. Trimming will normally included the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required. Further trimming tips are included at the end of this instruction sheet.
