BDS offers comprehensive coilover conversion upgrade kits for your Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD, seamlessly transforming your standard lifted suspension into high-performance coilovers. These kits feature heavy-duty brackets and FOX 2.5 Coilovers, engineered to endure rugged use and elevate your vehicle's performance.

Equipped with a bolt-on bracket for mounting the coilovers to the frame in the shock mount location, BDS ensures robust reinforcement with a weld-in support gusset for the upper mount. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded for enhanced strength and travel to accommodate the new coilovers. BDS's specially designed tubular performance upper control arms seamlessly integrate with the 2.5 coilovers, while the new lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted to complement the uppers.

Experience next-level performance with FOX 2.5 Factory DSC shocks, featuring race-proven technology and a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to maintain optimal operation in rough terrain. The DSC adjuster offers remarkable versatility and precise tuning with separate low-speed and high-speed compression levels, enhancing cooling efficiency with a black anodized aluminum reservoir.

Built for strength, performance, and increased travel, BDS's upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. Featuring 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction and indexed ball joint cups for correct ball joint positioning, these control arms offer additional down travel and camber adjustment. Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends ensure maintenance-free operation, while quality greaseable ball joints at the other end ensure smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Finished in a durable black powder coat with billet aluminum dust caps, these control arms are ready for installation straight out of the box.

• This is NOT a complete kit. This will upgrade your exisiting 6.5"(Part#196H) standard lift kit to a coilover lift kit and is ONLY compatible with that part number.
