BDS revolutionizes the performance of your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck with a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. Engineered to enhance stance, performance, and capability, this comprehensive kit provides everything needed to equip your truck for clearance up to 37" tires.

Replacing factory torsion bars, this kit upgrades both upper and lower control arms to improve strength, travel, and accommodate the new coilovers. Fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, the upper control arms are fully TIG welded for durability. Complementing the uppers, the new lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted.

Taking full advantage of BDS's high-clearance design, the kit includes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles.

In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks for a lifted and leveled stance, along with a u-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance. Precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks ensure ultimate off-road performance.

FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs deliver unparalleled on-road and off-road comfort with race-proven technology and a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to maintain optimal operation in rough terrain.

For added versatility, FOX 2.5 coil-overs offer optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment, allowing for tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression damping to suit any terrain.

Built for strength, performance, and increased travel, the control arms are easy to install and feature durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends for maintenance-free operation. Quality greaseable ball joints ensure smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Finished in a durable black powder coat, the arms are ready for installation right out of the box.

Notes:

• A torsion bar tool is required to unload the torsion bars
• Modifications are needed to be done to the frame bracket and differential
• Minor welding is needed
• Stock 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled 
• Sotck 20"x8.5" wheels with 6" backspacing or less will fit with a max tires size of 35x12.50"
• Models equipped with two piece rear driveshaft may need carrier bearing drop kit (#121612)
• Coilovers are preset for diesel models and is not recommended for gas engines
• Will not fit on dually applications 
• All BDS Lift kits are special order, Please allow 12-24 weeks before shipment
• If shock boots are purchased, you will get 2 shock boots for the rear shocks
