Transform your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck with BDS's groundbreaking 6.5-inch suspension lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. Engineered to enhance stance, performance, and capability, this all-inclusive kit equips your truck for a commanding presence, with clearance for up to 38" tires.

Say goodbye to factory torsion bars as the kit upgrades both upper and lower control arms to enhance strength, travel, and compatibility with the new coilovers. Crafted from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, the upper control arms are fully TIG welded for maximum quality and durability. Complementing these are the high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted lower control arms.

Embracing BDS's proven high-clearance design philosophy, the kit ensures improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for exceptional on-road handling. At the front, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and multipiece differential relocation brackets are utilized. Steering geometry is optimized at the increased ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles.

Providing a comprehensive front suspension lift, the kit includes sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware.

In the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks to achieve a leveled stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. Additionally, a u-bolt flip kit ensures maximum clearance, paired with precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for unrivaled off-road performance.

Experience next-level performance with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks, boasting race-proven technology and a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity to handle the roughest terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with separate low-speed and high-speed compression levels.

Rounding out the package are the HD Control Arms, engineered for strength, performance, and increased travel. Indexed ball joint cups in the upper arms correct ball joint positioning, while durometer-specific rubber bushings ensure maintenance-free operation at the frame mounting ends. Finished in a durable black powder coat with billet aluminum dust caps, these control arms are ready for installation right out of the box.

Notes: 

  • Models equipped with two-piece rear shaft drive shafts will need a carrier bearing drop kit (#BDS121612).
  • Modification to frame bracket is required.
  • Disassembly and reassembly of factory torsion bat will need a special tool (#CH48809).
  • Only fits diesel models and with standard or AT4 diesel models. 
  • Some wheel/tire combos may need trimming, typical for Chevy/GM trucks. Deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires can reduce trimming.
  • Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference
  • Stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with up to 37x12.50 tires.
  • In certain situations, vehicles with 4WD can experience minor front drivetrain vibration on the highway. If this happens, it is suggested to replace the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft. 
  • Since the coilover coil has a significant amount of preload, a coil spring compressor MUST be used to prevent serious injuries. 
  • Do not increase the preload on the coilover.
  • For DRW models, use the w/ oerload rear lift option.
  • Not compatible with AT4X or ZR2 models.
  • Trimming may be required
