The kit replaces factory torsion bars and upgrades both upper and lower control arms to enhance strength, travel, and compatibility with the new coilovers. Crafted from robust materials, the upper control arms boast large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, meticulously TIG welded for superior durability. Meanwhile, the lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, fully boxed and internally gusseted for added resilience.

Engineered according to BDS's renowned standards, this kit prioritizes improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while rectifying suspension and steering geometry for exceptional on-road handling. The front suspension lift comprises FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to ensure correct CV angles. Additionally, provided sway bar links and hardware contribute to a comprehensive front suspension lift that can handle any challenge.

For the rear, BDS offers replacement lift blocks to level the stance without compromising ride quality or load capacity. A u-bolt flip kit ensures maximum clearance, while precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks deliver optimal off-road performance

Meanwhile, the lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, fully boxed and internally gusseted for maximum resilience. Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends ensure maintenance-free operation, while quality greaseable ball joints at the other end ensure smooth, quiet operation and long-lasting durability. Finished in a durable black powder coat with billet aluminum dust caps, these control arms are ready for installation straight out of the box.

• Factory 17", 18" and 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Please review the instructions for more information.
• Dually models will need 20" aftermarket wheels with a max tire size of 285/60/20. 
• Coilovers are present to a 2" minimum height.
• All BDS Lift kits are special order, Please allow 12-24 weeks before kits ship.
• If shock boots are purchased, you will get 2 shock boots for the rear shocks.
