The AFE DFS780 Fuel System with full time operation offers a complete solution for all your 2001-2016 Duramax Fuel system issues. The fuel system in your truck contains numerous contaminants and debris including the water and air vapors captured within. These contaminants are a direct correlation to your failing injectors. The AFE Fuel Pump features a patent-pending design capable of removing power robbing air, water, and contaminants. The AFE DFS780 provides support to your CP3/CP4 when higher fuel is demanded.

• Boost Activated Pump Engagement , supplied preset boost switch activates pump only under load, reducing wear & tear on the DFS780.

• Clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass for visual inspection of fuel

• Helical bronze spur gears runs quieter than straight cut gears

• Bronze gears more forgiving of contaminants than steel gears

• The DFS780 spur gears ride on PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) bearing surfaces to reduce both noise and wear.

• Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum Manifold, eliminates porosity concerns with cast aluminum

• "Marine Grade" motor protects against dust intrusion and powerful water jets

• 187 GPH @ 8-10 psi Flow Rating

• Contoured CNC manifold enhances flow through the manifold to reduce pressure drop due to flow restrictions.

• Built in bypass, allows vehicle to bypass the DFS780 pump under light loads, reducing wear & tear on the DFS780. Also allows engine to run even if the DFS780 unit were to fail.

• 1/8" NPT Fuel pressure gauge port allows customer to attach an external pressure guage to monitor fuel pressure.

• O.E. quality Viton Seals, compatible with diesel and biodiesel fuels.

• Plug & Play Installation, supplied harness attaches directly to battery and utilizes Deutsch weather-proof connectors. No cutting or modifications of the stock fuel lines required. Vehicle can easily be returned to stock.

• Direct Bolt-on Steel Mounting Bracket, heavy duty bracket mounts to the frame and utilizes existing hole to secure.
