The DmaxStore 6.6 Days of Christmas Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) gives one eligible entrant a chance to win a custom DmaxStore x UpYourCornhole cornhole board set. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to DmaxStore’s decisions, which are final and binding.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by DmaxStore, 1121 Mark Circle, Gardnerville, NV 89410 (“Sponsor”). UpYourCornhole is a promotional partner only and not the administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the lower forty eight (48) United States and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, UpYourCornhole, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 11, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on December 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

A. SMS Sign-Up Entry (required):

During the Entry Period, visit the DmaxStore 6.6 Days of Christmas Giveaway page and complete the sign-up form by providing your mobile phone number and any other requested information, and agreeing to receive marketing text messages from DmaxStore. By submitting the form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Message and data rates may apply. SMS participation is subject to DmaxStore’s SMS terms and privacy policy as provided at sign-up. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

B. Optional Bonus Actions (Instagram):

After entering via SMS, entrants may complete optional bonus actions for additional chances to win, such as: following @dmaxstore on Instagram, following @upyourcornhole, and comment on the official giveaway post. Specific bonus actions and the number of additional entries awarded for each action may be described in the giveaway post or promotional materials.

Bonus entries are only valid if the entrant has completed the SMS sign-up entry. Sponsor may require proof of completion of bonus actions (for example, confirming that the entrant follows the required accounts or submitted the required comment or Story) before awarding or confirming bonus entries.

Limitations: Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, generated by script, macro or other automated means, or that otherwise violate these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Winner Selection

After the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing is currently scheduled to take place on or about December 17, 2025.

Sponsor will verify that the selected entrant has complied with these Official Rules, including completion of the required SMS entry and any claimed bonus actions. If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a custom DmaxStore x UpYourCornhole cornhole board set. Exact design, colors, and specifications to be determined by Sponsor and UpYourCornhole in their sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $450.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period, including bonus entries.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by text message to the phone number provided at entry and/or by direct message on Instagram from the official @dmaxstore account. The potential winner may be required to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, provide additional information for prize fulfillment, and/or complete an eligibility affidavit or liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

If the potential winner does not respond within the stated time, fails any eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, city and state, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional notice, approval, or compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the planned end date, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, UpYourCornhole, Instagram/Meta, mobile carriers, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing, typographical, or human errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable communications; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://dmaxstore.com/pages/privacy-policy. SMS participation is additionally subject to the terms disclosed at sign-up and applicable telecommunications laws.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Entrants agree to release Instagram from all liability related to this Sweepstakes.
