How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer free shipping, UPS ground, 3 day, 2nd day, and next day. Local customers also have the option of picking up in store. On orders that are shipped for free, your parts will arrive within 7-10 days using the most cost-effective shipping option.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we offer UPS 2nd day or next day.
How long does shipping take?
Unless you select a specific shipping time (3rd day, 2nd day, or next day), shipping time will depend on your location. Generally speaking, most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Special orders, large items, and items that are temporarily out of stock take longer.
Will you provide tracking information?
We typically provide a UPS tracking number when your order ships. However, some items are dropshipped. If your order is sent via dropship, we will not provide a tracking number unless requested. However, we do provide an estimated delivery date range on dropshipped orders.
Do you ship hazardous items?
We do ship some hazardous items. Please contact us for details.
What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged upon receipt, contact DMAXStore.com immediately so we can contact the shipping company. It is their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered undamaged. All damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order or the claim will be voided.
Also, you must retain ALL shipping packages for inspection by the shipping company. Failure to keep damaged boxes may result in any and all damage claims being denied.
What if parts are missing from my order?
If you receive your order and something is missing, Please contact us as soon as possible. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered or the claim will be voided. Please email [email protected] with your order number and the name or part# of the missing item. Once we receive it, we will have your claim processed as soon as possible
How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?
We’ve gone to great lengths to make finding the right parts for your vehicle the parts as easy as possible. Every product in our online catalogue features the part name, part number, and corresponding vehicles it fits. If you aren’t sure or want to double check, call our Customer Service Department at 877.469.3629.
What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
If the part you ordered doesn’t fit your vehicle, our normal policies apply for returns and shipping. If the part doesn’t fit because of an error on our end, contact our Customer Service Department right away! It won’t cost you anything more than some inconvenience.
What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away. If you’re looking to change the delivery address before the order ships, call us right away to make arrangements. However, if the order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the carrier with your tracking number to change the delivery address. What if I never receive an order?
Every order is tracked with a unique tracking number. If your order never arrives, we’ll know it. If you received confirmation that your order was delivered but someone might have taken it, that’s when we have a problem. Contact our Customer Service Department for next steps.
NOTE: We do not provide the tracking number to you if your order is dropshipped. We do, however, provide an estimated delivery date range for dropshipped orders. Additionally, we provide the tracking number on orders that are pulled from stock.
What happens if I refuse the shipment?
Refusing the shipment isn’t a good way to return a product. Instead, accept the shipment and call us for return authorization.
Do you ship oversized parts?
We do ship oversized parts, but be warned that shipping isn’t cheap for larger items.
What happens if you ship the wrong part?
Hey, mistakes happen. If we happen to ship you the wrong part, give our Customer Service Department a call right away. Getting the right part won’t cost you anything more than a little inconvenience.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
Yes, and most likely sooner. We normally charge your account at the time the order is placed.
If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
We will ship your order ASAP if it is out of stock. We’ll also send you email notification when it does.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Usually that’s not an issue. Just call us first in order to make arrangements.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
Yes, we do! It’s all a matter of selecting your state and zip code at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
Yes, but the order may need to be called in.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! Just fill out the correct shipping information at checkout.
International Duties and Taxes?
Customers are responsible for all international Duties and Taxes. DmaxStore will not pay the duties/taxes and the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost when refusing to accept a shipment. Restocking fees are also applicable in certain situations.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We offer same day shipping and processing whenever possible. However, special orders and temporarily out of stock parts might take a little longer. Regardless, we’ll keep you informed about your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We do not have a minimum order, but if you’re buying small parts we always recommend buying multiples to be cost effective.
