Kibbetech has designed The Ultimate Suspension kit to remove the factory torsion bars and replace them with a set of KING Coilovers. They utilize their billet upper control arms, a fabricated set of lower control arms, and custom tuned KING Coilovers in order to provide a better ride for offroad performance and on road comfort. This kit will increase the wheel travel to 9.5" with no CV bind at full droop. See it in action here

• Does NOT add any track width, uses stock axles and spindle 

• CNC Machined 6061-T6 Billet aluminum upper arm with FK 1.25'' uniballs at spindle pivot and FK 7/8'' heim joints at frame side pivots

• Fabricated 4130 tig welded lower arm utilizing lifetime Kryptonite Products ball joints with cnc machined secondary ball joint retainer at spindle pivot and Delrin bushings with 4130 inner sleeves at frame side pivots. 

• CNC Machined 6061-T6 Billet aluminum bolt in upper shock mount  

• Comes with Kryptonite Sway Bar End Links to utilize factory sway bar

• Fabricated upper a arm mount/shock mount gusset with integrated shock reservoir mount that includes heat shrink covered hose clamps

• Bolt on design with optional recommended weld joint on upper a arm mount/shock mount gusset 

• 0''-3” lift (leveling kit)

• Includes King 2.5” remote resi coilover with springs, built to spec for this kit

• NO CV BIND at full droop 

• 9.5'' wheel travel which is a massive improvement over stock 

• DELETES torsion bars to gain a smooth quality ride

• 4.5'' Backspace wheel recommended 

• 2020-2021 will fit up to 37'' tires with some trimming

• Minimal cutting required; upper a-arm droop stop needs to be cut out to allow upper a-arm to cycle and cut off rear bump stop cup to allow a clean up travel cycle.
